Dead Animal Removal near me
(833) 652-6912Answered 24 hours a day. Tell us what you are seeing and we will tell you what it takes to finish it.
Signs you have a problem
- A strong sweet or rotten smell that gets worse in the afternoon heat
- Flies or maggots appearing at one spot on a ceiling or wall
- A stain spreading through drywall or a ceiling tile
- The smell being strongest at one vent or one room
- Noises in the attic that stopped abruptly a few days ago
Why it happens
The smell tends to peak in the warmest part of the day and often travels through ducting, so the room where it is worst is not always the room the animal is in. Locating it correctly is most of the job.
The part people underestimate
A carcass left in a cavity draws flies and beetles and the odour soaks into insulation and timber. The longer it sits, the more material has to be removed.
How we handle it
Identify the species, remove what is inside, seal every way in, then clean up what was left behind. That last pair of steps is what separates a fix from a delay, and it is included in the quoted price rather than added afterwards.

How it works
Same three steps everywhere we work.
Call and describe it
Tell us what you are seeing or hearing and when. Most of the time we can narrow down the species on the phone and give you an arrival window before you hang up.
Inspect and quote flat
We find how they are getting in, how far it has spread and what the damage looks like. Then you get one flat price. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
Remove, seal, clean up
The animals or insects come out, every entry point gets closed, and the droppings, nesting material and odour are dealt with before we leave.
Common questions
Can you find it without tearing up my your city house?
Usually. We narrow it down by smell, fly activity, staining and probe access, and we open the smallest hole we can get away with. In most jobs that means one small cut in drywall or a soffit panel rather than anything dramatic.
Will the smell go away on its own?
Eventually, but it can take weeks and the odour settles into insulation and porous surfaces in the meantime. Removing the source and treating the area is far faster and stops the fly problem that follows.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We remove the carcass and contaminated material, treat the area, deodorise it and close up what we opened. We also look for how the animal got in, because there is usually a live one using the same route.
