Bat Removal near me

Signs you have a problem
- Bats streaming out from under the eaves at dusk
- Dark greasy staining around a gap in the siding or ridge
- A sharp ammonia smell building in the attic
- Piles of guano on the insulation, in the soffit or on the porch
- Squeaking or rustling from the wall cavity on warm evenings
Why it happens
Bats do not chew their way in. They squeeze through gaps a person would never notice, often where the roof meets the chimney or where two rooflines join. A colony returns to the same roost year after year.
The part people underestimate
Guano accumulates fast and the ammonia and spores it produces are the real hazard. Cleanup is part of the job, not an upsell.
How we handle it
Identify the species, remove what is inside, seal every way in, then clean up what was left behind. That last pair of steps is what separates a fix from a delay, and it is included in the quoted price rather than added afterwards.

How it works
Same three steps everywhere we work.
Call and describe it
Tell us what you are seeing or hearing and when. Most of the time we can narrow down the species on the phone and give you an arrival window before you hang up.
Inspect and quote flat
We find how they are getting in, how far it has spread and what the damage looks like. Then you get one flat price. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
Remove, seal, clean up
The animals or insects come out, every entry point gets closed, and the droppings, nesting material and odour are dealt with before we leave.
Common questions
Do you kill the bats?
No. Bats are protected, and killing them is both illegal in most of your state and counterproductive. We fit one-way doors so the colony can leave to feed but cannot get back in, then seal permanently once the roost is empty.
Is there a time of year you cannot do this in your city?
Yes. During the summer maternity season the flightless pups cannot leave, so exclusion is held off until they are flying. We will inspect and quote at any time of year and tell you honestly when the work can safely be done.
What about the smell and the mess?
We remove contaminated insulation, clean the guano, treat the surfaces and deodorise the space. If the roost has been active for years the insulation usually needs replacing rather than cleaning.
