Signs you have a problem
- Roaches scattering when you turn a light on at night
- Pepper-like droppings in drawers, cupboard corners or behind the fridge
- Small brown egg cases wedged in cracks and hinges
- An oily, musty smell in the kitchen that keeps coming back
- Activity around the dishwasher, motor housings and warm appliances
Why it happens
German cockroaches live in the warm cavities behind and inside appliances, not out on the counter. Spraying the visible ones does almost nothing, which is why store-bought treatment so rarely finishes a most homes roach problem.
The part people underestimate
Roach droppings and shed skins are a well-documented asthma trigger, particularly for children in shared or multi-unit housing.
How we handle it
Identify the species, remove what is inside, seal every way in, then clean up what was left behind. That last pair of steps is what separates a fix from a delay, and it is included in the quoted price rather than added afterwards.

How it works
Same three steps everywhere we work.
Call and describe it
Tell us what you are seeing or hearing and when. Most of the time we can narrow down the species on the phone and give you an arrival window before you hang up.
Inspect and quote flat
We find how they are getting in, how far it has spread and what the damage looks like. Then you get one flat price. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
Remove, seal, clean up
The animals or insects come out, every entry point gets closed, and the droppings, nesting material and odour are dealt with before we leave.
Common questions
Why do the roaches keep coming back after I spray?
Because the population lives inside voids, motor housings and wall cavities where a surface spray never reaches. We treat the harbourage with gel bait and targeted application, then follow up to break the breeding cycle.
I live in an apartment in your city. Will treating my unit work?
It helps, but roaches move between units through shared plumbing and wall voids. Tell your building manager as well. We work with landlords and property managers across your city and can treat adjoining units on the same visit.
How long before the kitchen is usable?
Usually a couple of hours. We use targeted baiting rather than fogging the room, so you are not clearing out cupboards and re-washing every plate afterwards.
